We made these nifty vegetable bins out of galvanized steel buckets from Home Depot and some casters, so we can wheel them around to the sunny spots on the porch, and eventually take them to the firehouse when we move.

Tony's proposal
Tony totally knocked my socks off with a surprise proposal last Sunday (the 12th). He hid the ring at the firehouse (in a plumbing ditch), and after asking 'what's that?', he got down on one knee and asked if I would be his fiance. I said yes of course- his amazingness has overridden my skepticism about marriage. He said he would wear me down and he did!
The ring is a little big- we'll get one that goes on my finger instead of my thumb this week.
Afterwards, we put together an Ikea sink cabinet for the kid's bathroom, which took for-ever!
